So to continue the fun of April, here are some more fun pictures from the last week. More pictures of "Pete" and from the Prom too. This week looks like it is shaping up to be a fun one as well!

Duncan loves to feed him.

And yes, he is in a dog kennel. We have an empty one and so it is just right for him to stay in and he has the dogs as company. He really is cute.

So long story short, we decreased the dog population at our house immensely this winter. Not on purpose by any means, but we were down to two dogs. So..... one day this guy showed up at grandpa's house and wasn't leaving any time soon. We called the animal control and thought that we'd found his owner, but it turned out not. Richard and I being the "suckers" that we are decided that we would keep him around and see how he was with the boys, the other dogs and us as well. Obviously, we liked him and decided to keep him instead of sending him to the pound. The boys call him "Tex" and he is the sweetest little dog. I'm not sure who dumped him, but he never leaves the lot and is so funny.
So meet the new dog "TEX"!!

Yes, the dog is as big as the calf, actually bigger and she loves him to death! She is very protective of him and it is the cutest thing when they chase around the lawn. You have to see it to believe it but it is adorable.

And now for the Junior Prom...
This is Dylan, Jordan and the boys. These two kids are kind of  "adopted" at our house. They are both Seniors and are some of the best kids you will find and a pretty cute couple as well.
They are so good to our boys and the boys are always excited to see them too, no matter where we are at.

So at our high school they still do a floor show and dance that the public attends. We went to watch all the kids because they are either on the ball team or Richard has taught them all at some point, so it is fun to go and watch all of them. Duncan was insistent that we find all the ball girls so he could get a picture with each of them. We did just that and they were just as excited as he was to have a picture taken. Good kids, beautiful dresses, fun night and I can't believe there is only a month and a half of school left!!!
This is "Barker"- just ask Clayton

Colbie

Tessa

Brikel and Kobe

And Kobe again- Duncan "loves" to be around Kobe.
She is his "favorite" basketball player, just ask him some time about good old Kobe:)

And this little man is 110% boy!!!

You have to love spring.... He loves the mud that goes with it!

Best buddies...

So that is our house for now!! Hope you enjoy the pics-
